To view a learner's transcript, start from the Admin page and click on "Manage Users."
Next, click on "Learners Transcript Report" at the top.
Find the learner whose certificates you would like to download or whose transcript you would like to view, and click on their name.
Clicking their name will take you to a screen where all the courses and programs they have completed are listed. To download their certificate, click the blue arrow to the right of the course or program name.
