Getting started with Training & eTracking Solutions

If you are an independent learner, this guide will show you how to set up an account to enroll in classes and earn certificates. If you are a manager looking to create an account for someone else, please refer to this guide. To begin, go to the Training & eTracking login portal here



Note: At the bottom of the page, you'll find the technical requirements for using the platform. Ensure that your device meets these requirements; otherwise, the training will not work.

Click "SIGN UP HERE," which will take you to a portal where you can provide information to create your account.



User Details:

Everything marked with a red * is required to create an account. We highly recommend using your email address as your username to avoid forgetting it. Make sure to use an active email address, as it will be used for password resets and promotional emails. If you scroll further, you will see an organization section.



Organization Details:

The organization field is the only required field in this section. You can enter the name of the organization you work for. If you are not part of an organization, you can simply enter your name. If you are creating this account to join an organization, ask a manager of the group if they have a group code. Entering a group code in the appropriate field will automatically enroll you in their group. 



User Contact Details:

These fields are for entering information about your location and other personal information. Not many of them are mandatory; however, the state and country fields are required. After completing these fields, you'll need to complete the captcha. Then, click the green "Register" button. If all the fields marked with a red * are filled correctly, your account will be successfully created.



Once your account is set up, you'll be brought to a new screen. Since this is a new account, there will be no courses, programs, or groups associated with it. If you want to enroll in courses or programs, click here. To join a group, please contact a manager of that group to be added. If you wish to sign out of the service, click the person icon in the top right corner, then click the green "Log Out" button.
