Enrolling in courses and programs on Training & eTracking Solutions

To get started enrolling in courses, click the "Catalog" button on the left. From this menu, you can view any program or course we have available. To see all available programs, click "Programs," and to view all available courses, click "Courses." For this example, we will focus on programs.

You have the option to search for a specific course using the search bar or browse courses using the arrows below the search bar. For this example, we will search for a DDA program and enroll in it.

You can search using a keyword like "DDA" and press the Enter key. The search will yield all programs related to DDA. Let's enroll in the Maryland DDA Certification Package. Click the green button below the course image to add the course to your shopping cart.

After clicking the green button, you will be brought back to the main search page. In the top right corner, you'll notice that the shopping cart icon now displays a "1," indicating that the course has been successfully added to your cart.

To view the contents of your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. The Maryland DDA Certification Package should be in your cart, and you are ready to check out. Click the green button labeled "Go To Cart."

On the checkout screen, you can see the total for all the courses in your cart. When you are ready to purchase, check the box labeled "I agree with the license agreement," then click the green button labeled "Checkout."

Enter the information for the credit or debit card you wish to use. Every field marked with a red * is required. You will not be able to complete the purchase if these fields are incorrect or left blank.

Below, you will find additional billing information for the card you are using. Once you've ensured all the required fields are accurate and complete, click "Continue Checkout."

On the next screen, you can review your payment information. If everything is correct, click "Finish and Pay." Please make sure not to click the "Finish and Pay" button more than once.
