To start a program, click the green "Start" button. This will display all the available courses that are part of that program.
On this screen, you will see multiple courses. To start a course, click the green "Start" button next to it. It is recommended to follow the courses in order, but it is not mandatory.
For this example, we will start with the "Aging and the Special Needs of the Elderly for Direct Support Professionals" program. This course includes a presentation and a test. Click on the first item in the list, which in this case is "Aging for DSPs 2021." Anything marked with a red * is mandatory to complete the course.
Clicking this will open the presentation. From here, click "Begin" to start the presentation.
After clicking "Begin," follow the directions provided on how to navigate through the presentation and answer any questions. Since some presentations may navigate differently, be sure to read the instructions carefully. Once the presentation is complete, return to the Training & eTracking Solutions tab in your browser.
The presentation will be marked as complete, and the quiz will now be available to take. To start the quiz, click the second item in the list. This will take you to the post-test screen.
Click "Attempt quiz now" to begin the quiz. Please note that this will start a 1-hour timer, so ensure you have enough time to complete it in one sitting. Most quizzes allow only 5 attempts, so make sure you are familiar with the material before starting the quiz.
Once you complete the quiz, it will be marked as complete. If everything in the list has a green checkmark, it means the course is finished. You can now return to the course list in the program.
