Downloading a certificate from Training & eTracking Solutions

Incomplete courses and programs can be found in the "My Trainings" tab. Once a course is completed, it is removed from this tab, and the certificate becomes available for download. To access your certificates, click "Reports" on the left.

In the "Reports" section, you'll find a record of all the classes and programs you have completed. To download a certificate, click the blue down arrow next to the course. This will download the certificate as a PDF and save it to your computer.
