How to reset account password

To reset the password of any user, start at the Training and eTracking Solutions login page. Click on "Forgot Password."



Clicking "Forgot Password" will bring up a screen where you can enter the username associated with your account. Enter your username, complete the captcha, and click "Continue." This will send a link to the email associated with that username. The email will come from noreply@interactxy.com. If you do not know your username, contact the manager of your group. They can find your username by searching for your first and last name or email in their user list.



In the email, click on the "CLICK HERE" link. This will take you to a portal where you can enter your username, a new password, and confirm the password.


After clicking "Save," you can log in to the Training and eTracking portal as usual with your new password.
