Navigate to the Manager Dashboard: Begin by accessing the manager dashboard. Once there, select “View All” under the Courses section. This will display all the courses available to your group.
Locate the Desired Course: Scroll through the list to find the course you wish to adjust the grade for. Click on the course name to proceed.
Adjust the Course Grade: In the course page, click on “Course Grade” and then select “Mark Course Completion”.
Next, find the user whose course grade you would like to adjust and click on their name.
Input and Adjust Details:
Score Input (Marked in Purple): Enter the score here. A score above 80 is considered passing for the post-test.
Date Adjustment (Marked in Blue): You can manually input dates in the MM/DD/YYYY format or use the drop-down calendar by clicking the calendar icon.
Completion Checkbox (Marked in Green): Be sure to check this box to confirm that the quiz or presentation is completed. The system won't mark them as complete without this checkbox being ticked, regardless of the score or date.
Save Your Changes (Marked in Red): Once you’ve made the necessary adjustments, be sure to click the “Save” button. Your changes won’t take effect until this is done.
